Each species and build has its own folder.  In that folder is also a
Readme.txt file that explains more about the files and the sources of the
data.

The files in this directory are more general and are the same from one
build to the next and in different species.  

evid_code_info.dat -
	The evidence codes for the Gene Ontology data and the description that
	goes with the code. 

tfbind_info.dat -
	Transcription factor and ID.  A list of all the transcription factors
	used to find transcription factor binding sites.
	This table is in later builds as factors are being added.

The folders contain the data for the build indicated.
